DESCRIPTION
Our client will be holding walk-in interviews for Sushi Chefs on 15 May 2024 from 10:00 at Mr. George Restaurant.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filleting & cleaning of raw fish in correct manner
- Preparing sushi rice
- Produce sushi rolls & dishes
- Plating
- Maintaining hygienic workspace
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- At least one year experience as a Sushi Chef
- Excellent knife skills
PACKAGE & REMUNERATION
To be discussed at interview. This will depend on the candidate's skills & experience.

- MUST HAVE A VALID SOUTH AFRICAN ID OR WORK PERMIT
