Safari JOBS is searching for a professional Security Officer for a very busy, well-established, premier 5* establishment situated in a breath-taking area of Stellenbosch.
The Security Officer is responsible for protecting the premises, assets and personnel.
The person appointed will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Due to the live-out nature of this position our client can only consider applications from Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek, Somerset-West, and the Northern Suburbs.

Clear criminal record and excellent employment track record
Must be registered at PSIRA
Minimum Grade C security qualification
Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience

Ensure the safety of guests, visitors, and their property and assets;
Ensure that no unauthorized/unwanted persons and/or vehicles enter the establishment;
Prevent loitering of unwanted persons on the establishment;
Ensure the proper recording of the movement of all persons, vehicles and goods entering the establishment;
Ensure that all persons seeking admission to the establishment are courteously received and assisted;
Ensure that all security-related requests, complaints and occurrences are properly recorded;
Comply with health and safety regulations;
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;
Ensure that your uniform is clean and in a good state of repair
