Exclusive Essential Courier is a growing courier and logistics company committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional delivery services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Courier Driver to service the George and Mossel Bay Route.

Courier Driver (Own Vehicle Required)

Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, transportation, and delivery of parcels and packages within the George and Mossel Bay Route. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service, safe driving practices, and efficient route management to ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and deliver parcels, packages, and documents according to scheduled routes.
· Ensure all deliveries are completed within the required timeframes.
· Verify delivery information and obtain proof of delivery from customers.
· Handle parcels with care to prevent damage or loss.
· Maintain regular communication with dispatch and operations teams regarding delivery progress.
· Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
· Plan routes effectively to maximize productivity and fuel efficiency.
· Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
· Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
· Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
· Valid South African Driver’s Licence.
· Own reliable vehicle suitable for courier operations.
· Vehicle must be roadworthy, licensed, insured, and well maintained.
· Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
· Good knowledge of the George and Mossel Bay areas and surrounding routes.
· Previous courier, logistics, delivery, or transport experience will be advantageous.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
· Good time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
· Clear criminal record.
