REQUIREMENT
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate).
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), and Skills Development Act.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll administration and HR information systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience within the manufacturing or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBLITY
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development programs.
- Manage training and skills development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Advise management on HR matters and workforce planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR support to management.
Pay: R9 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
