Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and creative Junior Social Media Manager who is passionate about digital trends and social media engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with the Social Media Manager and other key departments to develop and execute social media content, campaigns, and collaborations. Key Responsibilities:
Content management & Curation:
- Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create compelling social media assets, including posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and infographics, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone, style, and overall objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content is on-brand and visually cohesive across platforms.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to produce fresh and innovative content.
Social Media Strategy:
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns and company objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with the overall brand strategy.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns, promotions, contests, and giveaways.
- Coordinate and support paid social media efforts, ensuring that advertisements reach the right audience segments and achieve desired goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, offering actionable insights for future improvements.
Influencer & Collaboration Management:
- Assist with identifying and managing influencer partnerships, ensuring that collaborations align with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
- Maintain relationships with current partners while seeking new opportunities for collaboration to expand brand visibility.
Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with the online community, increasing brand loyalty and fostering positive interactions with followers.
- Address customer inquiries and issues on social media platforms, escalating when necessary to the appropriate teams.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using native platform tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ensure social media efforts align with business goals.
Online Marketplace Management:
- Assist in managing online marketplaces and platforms including listings, promotions, and ads.
- Monitor sales performance and report on the effectiveness of marketplace promotions and strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of social media management experience.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Facebook Marketplace) is advantageous.
