Housekeeping Supervisor (Part-Time)

About the Role
Preemus Supplies is looking for a reliable, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our casual housekeeping team at one of our hotel clients.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong housekeeping background who enjoys leading people, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits 2–3 times per week to monitor staff performance.
- Ensure all casual staff report for duty on time.
- Verify that staff are wearing the correct uniform, safety boots, and name badges.
- Ensure attendance registers are completed and signed correctly.
- Inspect assigned work areas to ensure hotel housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Address staff concerns and report any absenteeism, misconduct, or performance issues.
- Provide guidance and support to staff where necessary.
- Maintain professional communication with hotel management and the Preemus Supplies management team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' housekeeping experience in a hotel, lodge, or similar hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Must have reliable transport to travel to the hotel.
