Do you know how to open doors and seal the deal? Our award-winning PR and Marketing agency is looking for a Business Development Representative who can prospect, pitch, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
This role is ideal for a confident, results-driven salesperson with a strong understanding of Public Relations and Marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Generate leads
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage leads from outreach to contract stage.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and negotiate agreements.
- Collaborate with our internal team to onboard new clients seamlessly.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of sales experience, with proven success in closing business.
- Knowledge of PR and Marketing (qualification a big plus).
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite
