Company: Vola Boutique( Evening Wear & Bridal Boutique).
We are looking for a young creative female fashion-forward and sales-driven individual to manage and grow our boutique’s social media presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filming and editing Reels and TikToks .
- Modelling & showcasing collections.
- Photographing dresses and styling content.
- Posting consistently on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Responding to enquiries and converting them into appointments /sales
- Running and managing Instagram and Facebook ads.
- Updating the website with new collections.
- Sending email or WhatsApp campaigns.
- Monitoring analytics and improving performance.
- Create, plan, and manage daily posts , engaging content and calendars for Instagram & TikTok.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
- Confident on camera (or able to direct shoots)
- Strong video editing skills
- Graphic design a plus
- Sales-driven mindset (ROI)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Based in Johannesburg
