With 25 retail branches nationwide and plans for further expansion in the future, we are seeking confident and highly motivated individuals with a genuine passion for sales.
Retail experience where targets are set for the month, at least 2 years of experience in some form of selling, preferably in cold calling, call centre experience, generating and handling of leads, Insurance Industry or any commission-based selling experience where targets had to be achieved.
Requirements:-
Computer Literate
Preferably with Retail/Selling experience
Responsibilities:
Promotional Work and reaching targets set by Management
Following up on leads generated and booking appointments
Retail operations, if needed
Lab Work [Training will be given]
Have the ability to reach KPI’s/Targets
Sales of retail peripherals and additional sales in the retail outlet may be required, depending on the branch
Preferably available immediately
Own Transport
Valid Driver's Licence
Mondays to Fridays and every alternate Saturday [Midday]
Experience/Qualifications
Preferably individuals who can interact with people comfortably, have good people skills, a level of confidence, are self-motivated, with good sales and negotiating skills.
Driven to earn more than a basic salary
Managerial skills would be a plus
Must be computer literate
Have transport to the required branch, driver's license or vehicle a plus
Mobile phone
Well-presented
Pay: From R10 000.00 to R15 000.00 per month. Good commission achievable incentives attached to the basic salary experience. Write your OWN Cheque!
