**URGENT** IMMEDIATE START** We are seeking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our clients Private Aviation Company
Requirements and Establishments
- Prepare and present food using correct plate presentation techniques.
- Co-ordinate and complete menu items with server.
- Assist with setting up and delivering of catering.
- Requisition of food in line with required approval and/or policy.
- Ensure fridges/freezers and storage areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
- Take proper care of ovens, boilers, fryers, griddles, utensils, and other equipment.
- Help train or offer direction to apprentice or intern chefs.
- Clean responsible areas and ensure Health and Safety standards of the company or other regulatory bodies (whichever is more limiting) are always adhered to.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and duties as and when required.
- Manage inbox enquiries and daily kitchen preparation sheets.
- Research food trends and techniques that can be applied.
- Follow the guidance of the Senior Sous chef in the preparation and presentation of the meals.
- Check for plating accuracy (garnish, portion size, correct serving dish/box, etc.)
- Assist with stock takes and anticipate and communicate shortages to the sous chef.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and duties as and when required.
