Responsible for supervising all FOH operations, ensuring smooth daily service, managing FOH staff, and delivering top-tier customer service. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining a positive atmosphere for both guests and employees.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a FOH supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and a customer-first mindset
- Experience with POS systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and train front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers)
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve any issues or complaints
- Monitor floor operations during service to maintain flow and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of FOH team members
- Coordinate with the kitchen and BOH team for smooth service
- Monitor inventory levels for FOH supplies and submit orders as needed
