What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years in human resources and payroll management.
Experience in the manufacturing or electrical industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Proficiency in payroll software and HR management systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in developing HR strategies and policies.
