Key Responsibilities
- Sell mobile phones
- Assist customers in selecting the best devices s based on their needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Demonstrate product features and provide technical guidance where required.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the store is well presented and fully stocked.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' experience in cellular retail sales is essential.
- Proven experience selling smartphones
- Strong knowledge of major mobile brands and network products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Computer literate and comfortable using point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable, well-presented, and customer service orientated.
