Managers oversee the operations of an organization.
Minimum Requirements:
* Postgraduate Qualification in Agri-Science, Finance or Business Management.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Senior Executive Role.
* Proven success as a Senior Executive managing departmental teams.
* Business acumen with strong knowledge of Financial, Technical and Economic concepts.
* Ability to develop business plans relating to projects and to implement accordingly.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives.
* Ability to recognize business opportunities and act upon them to stimulate growth.
* Excellent Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
* Solution and Results driven.
* Valid Driver's Licence with own reliable transport.
* Experience in Agricultural input sector will be beneficial.
