Knowledge of managing a PVC Blow Moulding Mini-Factory
Ability to manage staff effectively and efficiently
Fluent in English (Speak/Read/Write)
Planning and organizing production schedules
Control of Processing Parameters of Micro Processor control Injection Molding M/C and blow molding machines.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds, Machines and utility.
Trouble shooting the Mechanical and Electrical problem for machines.
Material formulation Tool room handling
Manpower Handling and Material Management.
Parison control setting according to product thickness variation
Trials of new moulds and materials.
Determining quality control standards
Trouble shooting of plastics processing and Monitoring.
Customer complaints and Corrective action Measure report and improve production efficiencies, productivity, Quality, Waste and defect level.
Knowledge of ISO documents
Cost control for products.
Daily and monthly production reports.
Liaising with buyers and Marketing and sales staff
Organizing and supporting for Auditing the raw material and Finished goods.
Responsible for overall organization and house keeping needs of the facility in order to provide a clean and safe working environment and pass third party audits.
