We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Intern to join our team for a 3-month fixed-term internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and develop practical industry skills.
What You'll Be Involved In
- Assisting with project measurements and cost estimates.
- Supporting the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- Assisting with cost tracking, reporting, and project documentation.
- Gaining exposure to procurement and tender processes.
- Learning about construction contracts and contract administration.
- Assisting with the review of contractor quotations and payment applications.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly cost reports.
- Attending site visits and project meetings with senior team members.
- Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and project teams.
- Developing practical quantity surveying skills through hands-on project exposure.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Recent graduate or final-year student.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Important Information

- Travel to Eswatini will be required from time to time
