FIBRE-TEL is looking for an experienced and motivated SME / B2B Business Consultant to join our fibre sales team in Gauteng.
This position is ideal for someone who understands SME and business-to-business fibre sales, enjoys meeting business owners, and has the drive to close deals and earn strong commission.
Position: SME / B2B Business Consultant
Location: Gauteng
Basic Salary: Starting from R6,000 per month
Commission: Lucrative commission structure

Minimum Requirements:
Must have your own reliable vehicle.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Previous SME or B2B fibre sales experience will be a strong advantage.
Experience in telecoms, ISP, fibre, internet, or business connectivity sales will be beneficial.
Must be confident in approaching small and medium businesses, offices, shops, complexes, business parks, and commercial clients.
Must be target-driven and able to work independently.
Must have good communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be professional, well-presented, and reliable.
Must be willing to travel within Gauteng for client visits and sales meetings.
Main Duties:
Identify and approach SME and business clients.
Promote and sell fibre/internet solutions to businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Generate new business leads and follow up on prospects.
Conduct client visits and present available fibre packages.
Assist clients with sign-up and order processes.
Submit daily sales updates and activity reports.
Work towards monthly sales targets and commission goals.
