Limited Duration Contract - Specialist - Contract Management
To provide support regarding drafting, legalities, structuring and efficiency of contractual arrangements for designated MTN business units, ensuring compliance and governance
Create and conclude standardized agreements for designated MTN business units and negotiating same under the supervision of the Senior Manager Commercial Legal dedicated to the designated business unit.
Provide legal support f o r the Products environment in the development of product terms and conditions and ad hoc Legal requirements fr o m the designated b us i ness u nit.
Monitor execution of contract milestones as stipulated in various agreements.
Monitor contract life cycle and ensure that expiring contracts are renewed on time before they expire, where applicable.
Provide inputs into agreement models f o r the designated b us i ness u nits such as requested from time to time by the responsible Senior Manager: Commercial Legal.
Legal and contract support f o r Ad Hoc projects for the designated business units
Protect MTN against Legal risk by i dent ifyi ng and highlighting risks to appropriate stakeholders wi th i n business such as Legal, Management and/or Ex ecut iv e Management.
