Afrirent Holdings is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage and maintain the fleet management system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. The role also includes generating and analyzing reports, providing
Main duties and responsibilities
- Maintains an updated contracts database of all fleet vehicles including new, existing, and de-fleeted vehicles
- Captures all customer and vehicle information correctly and timeously to ensure accurate billing
- Updates supplier information on the system
- Keeps track of vehicle licence renewals and traffic fine infringements of all fleet vehicles
- Attends meetings with customers and compiles minutes of meetings
- Provides support, requested information, and reports to the Key Account Executives (KAE’s) and/or Bid Department
- Submits fleet utilisation/performance reports timeously to the Contracts Manager and KAE’s
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably with the fleet management or automotive industry.
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise packages.
Additional Desirable Requirements
- Matric
- At least 2+ more years in a similar role with similar duties to those listed above.
