African Debt Counsellors is looking for motivated and target-driven Call Centre Agents to join our growing team.
Requirements:
✅ Previous call centre or sales experience will be an advantage
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Fluent in English and at least one additional South African language
✅ Target-driven and self-motivated
✅ Computer literate
✅ Ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients
- Explain the debt review process
- Generate qualified leads and applications
- Follow up with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Meet daily and monthly targets
