This role supports the business by taking responsibility for overall contract management and service delivery of client contracts.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary interface for clients
· Ensure effective service delivery and contract profitability for client contracts
· Continuously engage with the platform and various other business changes and features to remain up to date with the product
· Schedule and run all management review meetings, and ensure all processes and documentation are in place
· Manage Service Delivery and Improvement Plans and reporting processes
· Escalation management and Reporting
· Use of analytical skills to translate technical subject matter into an easily digestible format for clients
· Using a professional and client centric approach in resolving issues to ensure a positive experience
· Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved and that resolutions offered are viable
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and collaborate with other teams to optimise business processes and achieve overall company objectives
Requirements
· A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field would be preferred
· At least 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the ICT field
· Tech savvy and analytical
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
