The work:
Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics, and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client at the C-suite level that has the appropriate level of impact
Build and leverage a deep understanding of FS industry and market to be able to influence the client’s business strategies
Lead and drive financial performance for the banking sector (e.g., sales, revenue and profitability)
Develop a robust, long-term pipeline of opportunities to ensure the sustainability of Accenture’s business at the client over time
Shape vision and sense of purpose for the team for all career levels to attract and develop diverse talent.

A proven record of building strong relationships with clients and bringing in new business.
In-depth understanding of latest trends and innovations for the banking Industry
Proven track record of leading and delivering multi-million-dollar programs
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and the ability to partner across the Accenture ecosystem
Extensive experience managing C-level relationships
Recognized as an industry influencer, positively impacting growth of a sub-industry within Accenture and growth of a sub-industry overall
