MISSION
Guarantee the efficient and strategic management of financial administration, ensuring the correct execution of accounting, tax, and treasury processes, optimizing financial planning, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee and coordinate administrative financial management, ensuring the correct execution of accounting, tax, and treasury processes and ensuring alignment with corporate standards and current regulations.
2. Lead bank reconciliation and supervision of accounting records, ensuring the efficient identification and resolution of discrepancies, as well as the accuracy of financial statements.
3. Manage and optimize accounts payable and receivable management, ensuring the correct allocation of invoices and the optimization of payment and collection flows.
4. Direct the preparation of strategic financial reports, providing key information on income, expenses, balance sheets, and cash flows to facilitate decision-making at the management level.
5. Ensure the correct execution of monthly and annual accounting closings, coordinating with the accounting and auditing departments to validate revenues, provisions, amortizations, and accounting adjustments.
6. Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations, supervising tax filings and ensuring the proper management of tax obligations in coordination with the tax department.
7. Lead the automation and improvement of administrative financial processes, identifying opportunities for digitalization and operational optimization to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
8. Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring the availability of accurate and transparent information on financial and administrative management.
9. Oversee budget control and the analysis of financial deviations, proposing corrective measures and aligning financial management with the organization's strategic objectives.
10. Act as a link between financial administration and other key areas such as management control, taxation and financial management, ensuring the coherence and optimization of the company's financial strategy.
Required Skills and Competencies
EDUCATION
- Vocational Training (VT) in Administration and Finance, Accounting and Financial Management, or similar
- University Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance and Accounting, Economics, or similar
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the corresponding functional area and at least 1 year leading teams
