We are looking to appoint a Lounge Host to join the team at our exclusive airport lounge based at Lanseria International Airport, to deliver an exceptional and distinguished experience to our valued guests.
Requirements:

Grade 12 with at least 12 months experience in a hospitality related environment (eg Hotel, Game Lodge etc)

A tertiary qualification in Hospitality
Our ideal candidate should be Fluent in English; have excellent conflict resolution skills; impeccable telephone and email etiquette; good interpersonal skills and must be able to maintain professional standards under pressure.
This position requires shift work therefore it is essential for candidates to have reliable transport.
