Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process, track, and fulfill online orders across various digital platforms.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via chat and phone call.
- Lead Generation: Follow up on web leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Product Listing: Assist with uploading new products and maintaining accurate product descriptions.
- Reporting: Track daily sales activities and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online sales, digital customer service, or e-commerce.
- Strong technological literacy and basic knowledge of MS excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently and under pressure.
