123NET, a thriving ISP located in Umhlanga Rocks, is currently seeking a motivated and sales-driven candidate to join our dynamic Sales and Administration Department.
Primary Objective of Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, conducting follow-ups, addressing queries, and managing new connection requests from both new and existing customers. The ability to represent the company with professionalism and provide accurate responses in all situations is crucial. The candidate will be expected to book and update customers throughout the process, from online requests to installation and activation, while communicating with relevant departments/teams via approved channels and updating leads using the provided software on various platforms. Meeting sales targets is a key requirement for this position.

Pay: R4,500.00 – R6,000.00 per month, with the opportunity to increase earnings further through incentives upon achieving targets.
