Education:
A post-matric qualification, preferably in bookkeeping.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in SAGE platforms and high Excel proficiency.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Promptly respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about accounts and billing
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication
Accounts Receivable:
- Processing additions to recurring customer invoicing correctly.
- Sending invoices and statements to customers
- Collaborate with various departments such as projects, finance and operations to fulfill customer orders and resolve order-related issues
- Completion of the inflow schedule to assist with collections
Accounts Payable:
- Compiling the PO schedules and remittances from supplier statements and invoices
- Creating a list of disputed items to be communicated with suppliers
- Processing of supplier transactions to the account package once PO has been reviewed and approved
Administrative support:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and accounts teams
- Diary and mailbox management
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to management
- Conduct regular review of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assisting during Submission of Taxation reviews and queries from SARS

Pay: From R20 000,00 per month
