Tier 3 Sales Representative – Mpumalanga based in Nelspruit
We are a leading FMCG company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tier 3 Sales Representative to join our Inland team.
Key Responsibilities
· Service and grow an established customer base.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities within the allocated territory.
· Achieve monthly sales and volume targets.
· Call on customers according to an agreed call cycle.
· Ensure excellent product availability, merchandising, pricing, and shelf visibility.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Negotiate listings, promotions, and displays.
· Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and on time.
· Manage company assets responsibly and comply with company policies.
Minimum Requirements
· Grade 12 (Matric).
· Minimum of 2–3 years' FMCG sales experience.
· Experience calling on independent retailers, spaza trade, wholesalers, and cash-and-carry customers.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong planning, organisational, and administrative ability.
· Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and sales reporting systems).
· Valid South African driver's licence.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the Johannesburg region.
