- Assist with basic food preparation and meal service.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure dining, kitchen, and service areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and catering equipment as required.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock according to company procedures.
- Support cash handling and point-of-sale activities where applicable.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Assist with setting up and clearing dining and serving areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests professionally.
- Perform any additional duties required to support catering operations.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
