REQUIREMENTS:
Pastry Qualification with at least 2 - 3 years training and experience in an a top a la carte kitchen team.
Good with production of hot and cold DESSERTS as well as PASTRIES and ARTISAN BREADS
Good communication skills in English or Afrikaans
Willing and adaptable to take instruction
