Part-Time Property Manager & Guest HostLocation:
Location: Southern Peninsula (Must reside in/near Noordhoek, Muizenberg, or Simonstown).
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our team part-time on a contract basis. This is a supplementary income role ideal for someone already securely employed in a flexible job. You will be responsible for maintaining our "5-Star" quality standards, acting as the primary guest host, and overseeing property operations.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property management, hospitality, or operations.
- Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail is non-negotiable.
- Logistics: MUST have a reliable car. You will be expected to conduct on-site check-ins, check-outs, and maintenance oversight.
- Availability: Must be able to respond promptly to guest communications and perform on-site visits as needed.
- Professionalism: High integrity, autonomy, and excellent English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Personally manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Be a visible host; handle all guest communication during stays.
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance to ensure consistent 5-star quality.
- Enforce house rules decisively while maintaining a helpful, friendly guest experience.
Compensation is structured as a per-incident fee for tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections.
This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position.
Must possess a smartphone and be tech-savvy, as you will be required to use property management systems and communicate via email/messaging apps throughout the day.
