Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer portfolios, and developing key accounts.
- Sales Volume & KPI Management: Monitor and manage sales volumes and key performance indicators to ensure consistent growth, considering seasonal trends.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiation: Effectively negotiate sales and pricing to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Daily Travel: Travel to various customers daily to provide personalized service and strengthen relationships.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks related to sales and customer management.
Requirements:
- Presentation: Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the FMCG industry, with experience in the food/hospitality sector highly advantageous. Previous experience as a chef or working with premium fine foods is a plus.
- Technical Food Knowledge: Ability to engage in technical discussions about food, with a strong understanding of high-quality, premium products.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer bases.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers for sales tracking and customer management.
- Mobility: Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
