We are seeking a Home Care Intake Coordinator who are skilled in intake and scheduling work and MUST HAVE experience in Home Care Intake, to work with our USA based clients, providing high-quality administration and enhancing their customer service experience.
Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-12am daylight savings dependent)
Main Tasks
- Receiving Inbound Calls
- Making Outbound Calls
- Enquiry handling and lead conversion
- Client follow-ups
- Documents requisition and verification
- Scheduling
- Care-giver and family support
- Communication with medical aids
- Systems Management and data capturing
Candidate Requirements
- Computer proficiency
- Minimum 1 year of intake experience, specifically in USA Home Care Intake (REQUIRED)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- USA Medical insurance experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to write clear and detailed reports
- Strong ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 500,00 - R12 000,00 per month
