REQUIREMENTS:
- National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related qualification.
- Advantageous:
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification (e.g., Green Belt or higher)
- Project Management Qualification (PMP or equivalent)
- Train-the-Trainer Certification (for the training component)
- ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems knowledge
- Min. 10-year proven work experience in production within a manufacturing company
- Excellent Microsoft office & outlook skills
- Attention to detail.
- Visionary leadership approach in regards of people and production environment.
- Holistic view for the internal organization and the surrounding departments.
- Mediation and conflict resolution skills.
