A hospitality group based in Johannesburg is seeking a friendly and organised Office Receptionist & Admin to join their team. This role is crucial in providing excellent front desk support and general office administration, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

Provide general office support with various clerical activities and related tasks.

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate associates.

Manage the flow of correspondence and perform additional clerical duties as required.
