Scope: We are looking for a responsible individual to carry out Internal Sales activities. In this position you will be responsible for driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and work experience
- Grade 12
- Business management/Sales/ marketing qualification
- 2-3 years Internal Sales experience
- 3-4 years Customer Service experience
- Computer literacy is must on: Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming customer calls and incoming emails
- Process customer quotations
- Process customer purchase orders
- Attend to customer queries
- Assist the Sales Rep with customer quotes and walk in customers
- Communicate with dispatch with regards to customer special requests for delivery
- Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted.
- Assist with Adhock tasks
