Our luxurious 5* Hotel & Restaurant is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join their vibrant team and will be responsible for managing the kitchen team under the supervision of the Head Chef and assume responsibility for the kitchen function in the Head Chef's absence

Requirement

Minimum of 3-5 Years of cooking experience in a medium-sized kitchen, in a similar environment

Knowledge of various cooking methods ingredients and procedures

Understanding of kitchen procedure and timing requirements, able to plan accordingly

Wide food knowledge, able to design menus/flavor profiles

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head Chef

Must have excellent Plating and Presentation skills
