We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a results-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing fintech group.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, CRM automation, SEO, analytics, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel across multiple brands.
Develop and execute SEO strategies, manage Google Business Profiles, and optimise the Google Play Store listing (ASO).
Build and maintain sales pipeline dashboards, lead generation funnels, and high-converting landing pages.
Manage paid media budgets while monitoring and reporting on CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
Own and manage the CRM and customer communication channels, including SMS, email, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.
Maintain the App Functional Specification Document, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into development specifications.
Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics, producing actionable insights and dashboards.
Prepare monthly marketing attribution reports and lead quarterly marketing strategy reviews.
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of SEO, ASO, conversion tracking, and lead generation.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools.
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry will be advantageous.
Pay: R24 000,00 per month
