Requirements:
- Previous management experience essential
- Must have a valid South African ID
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, well-spoken and professional
- Sound understanding of stock control, ordering and cost management
- Strong attention to detail and high operational standards
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to lead and support the team
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high standards
- Passion for the industry and delivering a great customer experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Able to take direction from ownership while managing the team effectively
