Multi-national manufacturing engineering concern based on the East Rand has an opportunity for a CA(SA) with 5 to 7 years previous commercial experience to take on the role of Senior Finance Business Partner. The role combines Business Planning and Analysis with Financial Accounting. An exciting opportunity within a large multi-national organisation.
CA (SA) qualification with Business Partnering experience highly advantageous and preferable
The role would include:
Reviewing of monthly financials and variances
Balance sheet recon review
Overseeing stock takes
Forecasting and budgets
Monthly flash reports and preparation of monthly sales forecasts
Income tax calculations and preparation of monthly payroll
Analysis of revenue, margin and expense performance
Assets accounting and verifications
Strong knowledge of IFRS
Year end pack preparation
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Management of Finance team
Work closely with Managers of Business Units
Previous experience within manufacturing environment and financial analysis
Previous experience in Managing a team is essential
