Job Position: Fleet Maintenance Technician

Salary: R15 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Mechanical / pneumatics experience
- Experience with maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to think on your feet
- Goal-driven, no time wasters
- Able to work and thrive under pressure
Key Performance Areas:
- To perform maintenance on trucks, trailers and depot
- Depot and fleet routine inspections
- 24-hour breakdowns (standby)
- Repairs on truck and trailers
- Order parts and maintain stock, collect
- Roadworthy and safe loading inspections
- Work weekends when needed
- Health and safety inspections
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to R15 000,00 per month
Education:
Experience:
- Mechanical / pneumatics: 3 years (Preferred)
- maintenance on trucks, trailers and depot: 3 years (Preferred)
- Repairs on truck and trailers: 2 years (Preferred)
- Order parts and maintain stock, collect: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Valid driver’s licence (Preferred)
