We are looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Lead Generator / Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating quality sales leads, and providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients via telephone, email, and social media.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on enquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Generate and qualify new leads to support business growth.
- Prepare lead generation reports and track performance metrics
- Manage emails, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Assist with quotations, and customer service.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, administration, or customer service will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
