Receptionist / Office Administrator
We are looking for a reliable and well organized Receptionist / Office administrator to join our team at Gordon's Bay Fisheries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Prepare customer invoices accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
- Assist the Logistics Department with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage emails and general office correspondence.
- Capture data and maintain accurate records and filing.
- Perform general office administration.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Previous reception or administrative experience.
- Good telephone and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience with Sage Pastel is an advantage).
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional, reliable, and willing to assist wherever needed.
- Available to work Mondays to Saturdays.
