Cut and prepare beef, pork, lamb and other meat items
Follow proper food safety procedures for handling raw meats
Maintain an organized and clean work station
Assist with stocking and rotating meat product inventory
Proven experience as a Blockman or meat cutter
Fluent in Afrikaans
Own reliable transport to get to/from work
Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
