Are you skilled in managing complex tasks and ensuring smooth operations? Urang Property Management Ltd in Fulham is seeking a meticulous Service Support Administrator for their Health and Safety Department with expertise in Project Management and Coordination.
We're seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational abilities, and a background in project coordination, alongside experience in Health and Safety or Property Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Efficient Service Coordination: Take charge of planning and coordinating services to ensure seamless execution, leveraging information systems management principles to optimise digital processes.
➢ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service completion and maintain effective communication channels, utilising information systems management strategies for streamlined communication.
➢ Property Manager Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for Property Managers, securing approvals, and addressing inquiries promptly, with a focus on utilising information systems management techniques for relationship management.
➢ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and implement improvements for increased efficiency, integrating information systems management methodologies for digital process optimisation.
➢ Financial Support: Assist Property Managers with budgeting tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking, utilising information systems management tools for financial data analysis and reporting.
➢ Administrative Duties: Handle general administrative tasks and provide support for health and safety inquiries, utilising information systems management systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
➢ Project Coordination Skills: Experience in coordinating services and managing logistics effectively, with an understanding of how information systems management principles can enhance project coordination.
➢ Financial Management Knowledge: Understanding of budgeting and financial control processes is advantageous, with an ability to apply information systems management techniques for financial analysis.
➢ Property Manager Interaction Experience: Previous experience in communication is beneficial, with an understanding of how information systems management strategies can improve intercompany relationships.
➢ Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with an ability to effectively communicate complex information systems management concepts to stakeholders.
➢ Health and Safety Awareness: Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and legislation, or willingness to learn, is desirable, with an understanding of how information systems management principles can support health and safety initiatives.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Remote Work: This is a 100% remote position, based in Cape Town.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
- Start Date: Immediately.
- Salary: R20 000- R25 000pm DOE
