Requirements
- A relevant 3-year tertiary ICT (Information and Communication
Technology) qualification
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ relevant data analyst experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Power BI analytics
- Experience in Microsoft Power platform including Power Apps,
Power BI and Power Automate will be advantageous.
- Proven business report writing and dashboard preparation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- A valid driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas
- Facilitate the development and ongoing management of Data
Analytics to inform an optimised PMO.
- Review reports and dashboards, identify trends and risks and
provide quality assurances of management information.
- Provide technical support, reporting and analytical tools to identify
and monitor projects, tender progress and contract specific
information that is reliable and up-to date.
- Implement appropriate and effective communication strategies
with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) regarding the
PMO’s data domain.
- Manage, coordinate and advocate the use of business intelligence
tools across levels of the organization
- Explore innovation opportunities with the intent of constantly and
proactively improving the data products and the data engineering
domain within the PMO.
- Log, analyse, and manage data-related problems within the PMO
to identify and implement the appropriate solution.
- Identifies and analyses errors and inconsistencies in the data and
provides timely resolutions.
- Adherence to records and administration management
procedures.
