Are you a driven property professional with a passion for connecting people with their perfect home? Jawitz Properties — one of South Africa's most trusted real estate brands — is looking for a ambitious Rental Agents to join our Cape Town team, servicing the City Bowl.
What you'll be doing:
- Listing and marketing rental properties across the City Bowl
- Sourcing quality tenants and conducting viewings, credit checks, and references
- Negotiating leases and managing the end-to-end placement process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
What we are looking for:
- Valid NQF4 real estate qualification or Intern Agent status (PPRA registered) - We can assist with this should you have no prior experience
- Knowledge of the City Bowl rental market — a strong existing network is a plus
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Own laptop and cell phone
- Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative skills and comfortable working on property management platforms
