Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and experienced Relief Travel Specialist based in Sandton City, Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Step in to manage consultant desks during leave or educational trips.
- Handle requotes, proposals, and agent educational bookings.
- Assist with brochure quotes and booking processes during peak periods.
- Creative itinerary planning and seamless communication with agents, sales teams, and partners.
- Participate in system testing and implementation.
- Emergency duty and rotational shifts required.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of inbound tour consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Southern and East Africa.
- Proficiency in Tourplan, WETU, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
