Job Purpose
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to own the end-to-end relationship and execution pipeline for leads generated through a key banking partner. This role would require one to act as the central point of accountability between the bank's relationship managers, internal deal teams, and the client.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Track and manage every lead generated from the partner bank from intake to close
- Push and coordinate internal deal managers to ensure timely execution on each lead
- Act as primary relationship manager to clients sourced through the partnership — maintain regular contact and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with relationship managers on the bankside; serve as the go-to liaison
- Maintain reporting dashboards tracking lead status, conversion, and turnaround times
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or breakdowns in process (internal or bank-side) and flag/resolve them
Develop deep working knowledge of the partnership structure, deal flow, and bank processes — able to speak to any deal in detail at any time

Experience:

Must have previously held a Key Account Manager (or equivalent relationship/partnership management) role at a bank or financial institution — not just account management in another industry
- 5+ years' relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience managing lead flow and execution between a bank/financial institution and an external partner or client base
