We are looking for an experienced Block Man to join our Butchery team. The Block Man will be responsible for:
-cutting
- deboning
- trimming
- portioning
- sausage prep and production
- preparing different types of meat cuts according to customers requirements and shop standards
- maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work space at all the times
The ideal candidate must have:
- demonstrated experience and a relevant background of being a blockman
- strong knowledge of meat cuts and food hygiene
- excellent customer service
Salary is dependent on the successful candidates practical knowledge, skill and expertise within the role.
Pay: R7 500,00 - R11 000,00 per month
Experience:
- blockman / sausage maker: 2 years (Required)
